Auto Marrakech attaches great importance to protecting your personal data, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected

When you fill in the booking or contact form, we collect: your name, your phone number, your email address if you provide it, the vehicle, the pick-up and return dates and locations, your flight number if you give it, and your message. We also record the IP address from which the form was sent, in order to prevent abuse.

Use of data

This data is used solely to confirm and organise your rental. It is never sold, rented out or passed on to third parties.

Retention period

Requests are kept for as long as the rental requires, then for a maximum of three years from the last contact.
