A short form, a confirmation on WhatsApp, the car handed over where you are. Here is each step, from the request to the return of the keys.

Choose the car
Browse the six categories and open the page of the model that fits your group and your luggage.

Airport, station, hotel or riad: tell us where and when you want the car, then add your options.

The form sends your request; availability and details are then settled by message.

Take the wheel
The car is handed over at the agreed place. A question on the road? Support answers day and night.
1. Send your request
Choose a car, then fill in the form: model, handover location, dates, name and phone number. Options such as the baby seat or additional driver are selected separately, and their price is shown before sending. The rate shown on each page is a price per day, in euros.
Your request reaches us and the conversation continues on WhatsApp. We check availability, confirm the place and time, and answer your questions. No payment is requested online.
2. Prepare your documents
On the day of the handover, each driver presents:
- their passport or identity card;
- a driving licence held for at least 2 years;
- a document proving they are at least 21 years old, which the passport usually shows.
A deposit is also requested at departure. Its amount is given to you at the time of booking, to avoid any surprise on the day.
3. The key handover
We come to Marrakech-Menara airport, to the station, in front of your hotel or near your riad. For the Medina, we meet at the gate or the nearest car park, because most alleys are closed to cars. Before you leave, we walk around the vehicle together: scratches, wheel rims, fuel level, condition of the interior. Take your own photos, they will serve as a reference on return. The contract is then signed on the spot.
4. During the rental and at return
A question on the road, a warning light that comes on, doubts about a route to the Atlas? Support answers 24 h a day, 7 days a week by phone and WhatsApp on 06 20 08 80 49. You can leave Marrakech and drive anywhere in Morocco: just tell us your itinerary.
The return is at the same place as the handover, or at another location in Marrakech, to be agreed with us. We walk around the car again, compare it with the departure photos, then your deposit is refunded.
